Women's Apron Instructions |

|
Supplies:
* yd of fabric
(colour complement to your dress)
Thread (match the colour of your material)
|
*The width of your apron is dependant on your body, measure
around the widest point in between your natural waist and above your knees and
then add 5 inches.* |
|
|
|
1. Cut a piece of fabric 5in wider than the
widest point of your body.
|
2. Cut that fabric length to about 1 -2 inches above your knee. |
 |
|
3. You might need to sew darts into your apron so that it will lay flat and
not pucker. (Fig.2)
*Pin these before you start to hem-up the edges!* |

4. Hem around all edges of the fabric.
|
5. Wrap fabric around
at your natural waist and mark where the snaps/Velcro should be attached. |
